Colvard and Company was formed in 2017 with a desire to make the best tasting sausages around. We are a small batch sausage company that believe quality and flavor are the most important features of a sausage. 

After working in various restaurants in the West, our chef Carter Light discovered a passion for hand-crafted sausages that utilize old world techniques and modern day flavors.  When he settled in Maine he formed Colvard and Company. 

After making sausages for a year on a local scale we decided that these sausages should be available to everyone. We'd love for you to try a link or two. Our hope is you'll find them just as delicious as we do.
